Bird’s Eye View is “nestled in nature”.  All log chalets will be built with as little intrusion into the natural landscape as possible. The covenants even include restrictions on what size trees can be cut down that do not actually interfere with the construction of the chalet.  Bird’s Eye View is not a typical development.  Imagine if you could take your log chalet and lower it into place without disturbing the lush natural surroundings.  That is the "concept" that we keep in mind when building each chalet.

Bird's Eye View is not your typical cabin community.  You'll feel the difference as soon as you arrive.  Every chalet has a peaceful mountain view.  We chose to build around nature rather than taking it out.  After all, the main reason that most visitors come to the mountains is to enjoy the scenic beauty of the mountainside along with the lush foliage and vegetation.  (click here to learn more)
