Since 1997, the Developer of Bird’s Eye View has been involved in the planning and construction of numerous beachfront vacation homes and condominiums in the Panhandle of Florida as well as residential homes in South Georgia.
With the 2004 hurricane season wreaking havoc across the state of Florida, prospective buyers became hesitant to invest in Florida beachfront properties. The Developer of Bird’s Eye View came to Sevier County in 2004 and invested in a number of vacation cabins. During his purchases, he viewed several construction projects and was dismayed with the quality of construction with some. Knowing that “attention to detail” was a major factor in the construction and sale of the homes in Florida and Georgia, he decided to use his expertise in Sevier County to build quality log chalets.
