So many log cabins look the same inside and out. Our chalets will have a unique look over other developments. Our construction will include a combination of log siding and stone on all exteriors as well as stone accents for the interiors. You will see no drywall in these chalets! All interior walls and ceilings will be tongue and groove wood with wood, tile or carpeted floors. The countertops will be solid surface, (including granite in the premium packages) along with wood cabinetry in a variety of colors. 
The Finishing Touches
All chalets will come furnished or you have the choice of a furnishings allowance. Furniture packages will include upper scale log chalet décor furnishings as well as standard and premium packages for fixtures and appliances. (Chalet Amenities Package)
Amenities include lush vegetation throughout the development along with a pool and covered pavilion, paved and curbed roads that gradually climb throughout the development, lighted streets, and underground utilities (including cable television as opposed to many developments that must use satellites thereby requiring the elimination of trees to get good reception).
Bird’s Eye View is conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle of the main roadways while still close to local attractions. It is less than a mile from the Smoky Mountain Arts & Crafts Community in Gatlinburg, and only 7 miles to DollyWood AND Gatlinburg Golf Course.
